may I suggest some improvements to the desklog that should be included? First of all, I think that the most important tool for monitoring is insight into the user's activities in real time, i.e. delayed after 3-5 minutes (like in attachment) and screenshots in the same way, but in a higher resolution. everything else is at the level of long-term analyses. if you want real and immediate activity monitoring, it is necessary.

The feature you have suggested is really appreciatable. We have already been looking forward to upgrade this.
Our real-time view of tracking records will be available soon. And we will improve the screenshot resolution; however, this feature will only be available to our enterprise plan users.
